How would you like to have an expert writer on call?

You’re great at doing what you do. If you’re a consultant or entrepreneur, you’ve gone into business to share your passion and expertise with the world, making a difference in people’s lives by doing what you do best. But are you finding it a challenge to get the word out? If so, I can help.

Peggy Jordan is an invaluable resource for my business. I cannot say enough about how much she has done to improve my marketing materials and press releases. I utilize Peggy’s services for just about anything I put out that will be printed, including trade articles, press releases, my biography, website copy, proposals, presentations and advertising copy.”

Karen Warner, author of Move Your Office

I can translate your unique value into words. I can even help you write a book.

The best marketing material any business can have is great content, information that offers meaning and value to customers and delivers both with elegant simplicity. Words can be powerful tools connecting you with the people who will benefit most from your services. And words are my specialty.

I’m in business to help my clients build relationships with their clients. I offer writing, editing, and marketing consulting services on an as-needed basis, freeing you up to focus on what you do best: your business.

Whether it’s a content makeover for your website, a business letter “tune-up,” a new elevator pitch, or the coaching and support you need to finally write that book you’ve been meaning to write someday, I’m here to be your writer-on-call.

“Peggy is quite simply a wonderful confluence of talent and professionalism, which she enhances by assuring you she’s on your side every step of the way. Working with her is a delight.”

– Sharon Matthies, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare

What’s New at Working Words?

The latest client book is off to the publisher!

This year I had the honor of working with the brilliant Melinda Hinson Neely. She took my Quick-Start book Writer’s Workshop that started on  in January 28,  finished the manuscript by June and sent it to me for editing, then sent it to Morgan James Publishing. They notified her that the book had been accepted on July 29.

That’s exactly six months from rough idea to published! Nice work, Melinda!

The finished product is called Finding Life’s Secret Sauce, and it’s scheduled for release in early 2010.
